Imagine this, what if Wellspan provided their doctors with Dragon dictation devices and they were all being used in the same manner as Dr Muhammad S Khan was using his? That could mean that many Wellspan doctors are committing felonies if used improperly. If Wellspan complimented the Dragon software by hosting it in THEIR cloud, that would make them complicit in all these felonies. This would likely result in a huge Class Action Lawsuit.
